Our firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team and lead his/her legal staff.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney with 3-5 years of family law experience to handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, child support, maintenance, property division, and related matters. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in the State of Wisconsin who is confident in managing their caseload independently while also leading legal staff.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all aspects of family law cases from inception to resolution, including client consultations, negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.

· Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.

· Effectively represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.

· Provide legal guidance and strategy tailored to clients’ needs and goals.

· Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and case updates.

· Lead and manage legal staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to ensure efficient case management.

· Stay current on family law statutes and case law to provide top-tier representation.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (in good standing).

· 3-5 years of experience practicing family law.

· Strong litigation and courtroom experience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to lead and manage legal staff effectively.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $85,000 - $100,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
